2. Services
We provide coaching services that may include one-on-one sessions, group programs, digital content, downloadable resources, community access, and ongoing accountability. The exact scope of services is described on our website or in your individual agreement at the time of purchase.
Coaching is a personal-development service. It is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. If you need help in those areas, please consult a licensed professional.
3. Payment
- Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. You authorise the listed amount to be charged at the time of purchase or on the agreed schedule for subscriptions and payment plans.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Razorpay). We do not store full card details.
- For subscriptions and payment plans, you authorise recurring charges until the plan completes or you cancel.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in line with the cancellation window shown on the booking page (typically at least 24 hours before the session). Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session or incur a fee, as specified at booking.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product:
- 1:1 sessions — refundable up until the cancellation window. After that, the session is considered delivered.
- Group programs and digital products — refund eligibility depends on the program-specific refund policy shown at checkout. Unless explicitly stated, digital products are non-refundable once you have accessed the content.
- Subscription billing — you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by local consumer-protection law.
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us — we resolve most concerns directly.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared.
- Treat us and other community members with respect.
- Provide accurate information when booking and during sessions.
- Do not share recordings, materials, or community content with third parties without permission.
- Implement strategies discussed at your own discretion and judgement; outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and effort.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials we provide — including frameworks, worksheets, recordings, written content, and software — are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own development. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them.
8. Confidentiality
What you share with us during coaching is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law (e.g. if we believe you or someone else is at imminent risk of harm) or with your explicit consent.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching is a collaborative process. We will bring our skills, experience, and care to every engagement, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on your effort, circumstances, and many factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may pause or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payment, or behave in a way that harms us, other clients, or third parties. Where possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue first.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after the change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Room to Lead is established. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. If we cannot, the dispute will be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer with mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law.
